You may already know this but it annoyed me a while back. There is a fullscreen plugin for FF but it isn’t complete fullscreen on osx.
However, the Opera browser on osx has true native fullscreen support if you’re gonna be showing slides on a projector or something.
Another way to go full screen is to export to PDF. This has the advantage of being available even when the net isn’t. But the disadvantage is you lose your incremental reveals.
