I’ve been off the caffeine for over a month now. I wanted to see if this would help with my intermittent insomnia. So far it seems to be doing just that. I’m having an easier time getting to sleep and staying asleep, without raiding Xy’s Xanax.

  1. I’ve been having insomnia for three years now off and on. I usually get up, drink a beer, watch the X-files and eventually fall back asleep on the couch.

    Can’t give up the caffeine though.
