I did it. I psyched. I paced. I fretted. I got my nerve up.
I called Carol H_______ and asked her if she'd go out with me. And she said she would. Maybe she even said "I'd love too" -- maybe not -- I'm unsure.
So this weekend we will see2010, the sequel to 2001: A Space Odyssey.
That all happened about 20 minutes ago. I don't know what made me happier -- the fact that Carol said "yes" or the fact that I finally conquered myself and did it.
