I've had to tap into a special reservoir of energy I didn't even know I had. I was feeling very much burnt out for some days and then I discovered the power of positive thinking! I think what I'm overcoming here is those damn S.A.D. winter blues. It's a mild winter, but even so, more than I care for. Oh well. It's a challenge, right? I'll suffer thru and be born again in the spring.

AM 1370 -- conservative talk show ranter about Berkeley changing Columbus Day to Indigenous Peoples' Day. "You know what that means, any of you people out there know what that means? Indian Day!" Begins war whoops. "Tomahawk Chop Day!"
There's a time for creativity and a time for quiet contemplation. These are the days of passivity, or at least, less-than-brilliant activity. Taking care of things, expanding and experimanting. I wanted to get back into narrative, but I'm not sure the time is ripe.
